Level 2
‘Advanced Leadership and Ministry Development’
The Advanced Leadership and Ministry Development level equips members of Trinity to find and succeed in their ministries in and through the local church
Requirements:
1. Enrollment in Level 2
2. Member of Trinity Baptist Church
3. Register in class during registration period
4. Involved or getting involved in ministry at Trinity
5. Pay any fees that would be associated with the classes
When: Training offered at various times during the week
Enrollment: Anytime
Registration: After classes are announced during the registration period
Classes: Several classes offered per semester for people at different stages
of the program generally following the school year schedule
Duration: Flexible to meet the needs and desires of the participants.
Participants have up to two semesters longer than the allotted
time to finish each level to provide for breaks or other
opportunities such as serving or participation in other Life
Application classes.

Bachelors Level - Associates Level plus 4 classes
1. Theology 1
2. Leadership
3. Missions and Evangelism
4. Trinity’s Role in Culture 1
Masters Level - Bachelors plus 4 classes
1. Theology 2
2. Trinity’s Role in Culture 2
3. Southern Baptist Convention
Conservative Resurgence
4. Practical Ministry
