I was raised in Stillwater, OK.  I received Christ as my personal Lord and Savior when I was ten years old at Southside Baptist Church in Stillwater. Graduated from Stillwater High School in 1976, and then attended Oklahoma Baptist University my first year of college. I went back home to Stillwater and graduated from Oklahoma State University in 1981.

Formerly I served in churches in Anadarko, Sallisaw, Stillwater, and Cleveland, Oklahoma.  I have been in the Music Ministry since 1977.

I am married to Kathy and we have 11 children: Brandon, Nathan, Elians, Moriah, Elise, Josiah, Shoshana, Shylin, Darius, Mia and Kenzia.

I have made two recordings: "Heart's Desire" spring of 1995 and "Singing Glory to the Son of God" spring of 1997.
